膝蓋嚴重磨損影響行走　老婦來台治療重拾膝望

（優活健康網記者張瓊之／綜合報導）一名78歲的孫女士，來自中國大陸山東省青島市，因過去30多年來一直退化性關節炎的毛病困擾著，原本膝蓋疼痛，只要忍一忍就沒事，但隨著年紀的增長，近2年來狀況日趨嚴重，不但影響行走功能，還須仰賴枴杖才能勉強行走，直到來台接受了微創式人工膝關節置換手術後，現在的她在四腳拐的協助下逐漸恢復行走功能。

雙膝磨損、關節變形　她腿已向外彎曲約20度

花蓮慈濟醫院骨科陳英和醫師表示，一般膝蓋在健康情況下，頂端會呈現圓弧狀，但孫女士的雙膝卻已嚴重磨損，加上退化性關節炎長久下來，導致關節變形，原本腳型正常的人就有可能變成Ｏ型腿，但她的雙腿已呈現向外彎曲約20度。

因此，在確定手術必須性與可行性後，隔天就接受雙膝的微創式人工膝關節置換手術，且術後第二天，不但可以下床，包括疼痛指數，行走方式，相較於術前有大幅改善，術後只要經過一至兩個月的枴杖回復期，即能放開拐杖自主行走。

體質、工作形式　都會造成關節退化

退化性關節炎是骨科常見問題，包括體質因素、工作形式、運動方式，都會造成關節退化，因此，陳英和醫師提醒民眾，一旦有不舒服的症狀還是要盡早就醫，遵循醫師所給予的適當藥物治療、接受玻尿酸注射、PRP注射等多元治療方式，嚴重時也應接受醫師適時建議，進行手術治療，以免問題日趨嚴重。
